Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Return
- Email us at ezreal@godlol.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Options
- Full refund to original payment method — for defective or wrong items
- Store credit — for change-of-mind returns
- Replacement — we'll send a new item at no extra cost for defective products
Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing signs of use or installation
- Items returned after 30 days
- Clearance or final-sale items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you — no need to return the original.
Return Shipping
For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
