All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Free shipping on all orders over $35 USD.

Standard shipping for orders under $35: $3.99 USD.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at 17track.net or the carrier's website.

Customs & Import Duties

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately. We'll reship or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
