Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be processed for shipping. Contact us immediately at ezreal@godlol.com.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days for the US, and 8–20 days internationally. See our full Shipping Policy for details by country.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries. Shipping is free on orders over $35.

My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?

Tracking information can take 3–5 days to update after your order ships. If it still isn't working after that, please contact us and we'll look into it.

Are your products compatible with my bike?

Each product listing includes a detailed compatibility section. If you're unsure, send us your bike model and component specs and we'll confirm compatibility before you order.

Are your carbon fiber products safe?

Yes. Our carbon fiber products (saddles, bottle cages) are made from high-modulus carbon fiber with standard safety testing. Always follow the torque specs listed in the product description.

Do WAHOO Speedplay cleats fit all Speedplay pedals?

Our Speedplay-compatible cleats fit the Zero, Nano, and X-Series pedals. Please check the product page for specific compatibility notes.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All GodLOL products come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Carbon fiber structural components carry a 1-year warranty.
